Entry Level Assessment
Dr. Rose can provide a functional medicine “working diagnosis” and recommend an initial treatment plan to get you started on your path to optimal energy and vitality. Virtual appointments are 60 minutes.
Includes:
• Specific functional lab recommendations
• Individualized supplement recommendations, if needed.
• Tailored approaches to hormone management, stress reduction, nutrition optimization, and chronic disease prevention.
• Review of prior labs (i.e. Function Health Labs) is available for an additional fee.

Lab Interpretation and Basic Functional Lab Testing
Not ready to commit to a full program but curious about where you stand at the moment? This is an option for those who would like Dr. Rose to review previous labs (i.e. Function Health) and/or would like a functional panel ordered and interpreted. Although Dr. Rose strongly encourages a monitored and supported program for the best success, sometimes seeing your labs can motivate the biggest skeptics.
